Federal Register Notice: FDA is announcing the fee rates and payment procedures for medical device user fees for fiscal year (FY) 2015, which apply from 10/1-9/30/15. The base revenue amount for FY 2015 is $125,767,107. The Medical Device User Fee Amendments of 2012 directs FDA to use the yearly revenue amount as a starting point to set the standard fee rates for each fee type.
