Federal Register Notice: FDA’s proposed collection of information, “Importer’s Entry Notice,” has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This collection of information gathers data for FDA-regulated products being imported into the U.S. and is being used by the agency to review and prevent imported products from entering the U.S. if the products do not meet the same requirements of the FD&C Act as domestic products.
