Federal Register Notice: FDA will hold a public workshop 3/28/14 entitled “FDA/American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Workshop on Developing Novel Endpoints for Premium Intraocular Lenses.” The main topic is the current challenges in assessing innovative intraocular lens (IOL) designs with a focus on endpoint methodologies used in evaluating IOL safety and effectiveness. The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at FDA’s White Oak Campus, 10903 New Hampshire Ave., Building 31 Conference Center, the Great Room (Rm. 1503), Silver Spring, MD.
