Federal Register Notice: FDA is announcing the generic drug active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and finished dosage form (FDF) facilities user fees for fiscal year 2013. These fees are due 3/4. The domestic FDF facility fee is $175,389 and the foreign FDF facility fee is $15,000. The domestic API facility fee is $26,458 and the foreign API facility fee is $41,458.
