Federal Register Notice: FDA is seeking public comment on a study of the impact coupons offering price incentives or rebates have on consumers' perceptions of the risks and benefits of products in DTC print ads. A notice of proposed information collection for this project was previously published on 2/6/06 and withdrawn. This revised notice replaces the previous notice.
