FDA, South Carolina Sign MOU for Mammography Program

Federal Register Notice: FDA is providing notice of a memorandum of understanding between FDA and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Bureau of Radiological Health. This will authorize the department to conduct a state certifying program in South Carolina under the Mammography Quality Standards Act as amended by the Mammography Quality Standards Reauthorization Act of 1998.
