Federal Register Final rule: FDA is classifying drug metabolizing enzyme (DME) genotyping test systems into Class II (special controls). FDA is also making available a guidance document entitled Class II Special Controls Guidance Document: Drug Metabolizing Enzyme Genotyping System.
