Federal Register Final rule: FDA is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application filed by Pharmacia and Upjohn Co. for veterinary prescription use of cefpodoxime proxetil tablets in dogs for treatment of skin infections (wounds and abscesses) caused by susceptible strains of certain bacteria.
