Federal Register Notice: FDA is issuing an order under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act debarring Richard L. Borison for 10 years from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. FDA bases this order on a finding that Dr. Borison was convicted of felonies under Georgia state law for racketeering, theft, and false statements and representations, and was a material participant in offenses for which another person is being debarred.
