OTC Antiperspirant Drug Product Monograph is Final

Federal Register Final rule: FDA is issuing a final rule in the form of a final monograph establishing conditions under which OTC antiperspirant drug products are generally recognized as safe and effective and not misbranded as part of FDA's ongoing review of OTC drug products. This rule is effective 12/9/04. The compliance dates for products with annual sales less than $25,000 is 6/9/05, and the date for all other products is 12/9/04. To view this final rule, click here.
